Sunday morning is our key 'open door' event as a church. We have discovered in our culture that there are many people who are still seeking God, seeking spiritual truth, and who are prepared to come to a church event, especially on Sunday mornings.

Our desire is to be as inclusive as possible, avoiding unnecessary barriers of church jargon, dreary music, dress codes and other dos and don'ts which can so easily prevent people from hearing the message. We encourage and welcome anyone, from whatever religious or social background, to join with us to hear and consider God's message of grace.

Our key goal is stated in a Bible verse: to declare the excellencies of the one who called us out of darkness into his wonderful light. (1 Peter 2:9) We seek to do this in particular through the creative use of music, drama, video and personal story, together with systematic and relevant explanation of the Bible.

A key concern for many is: what about the kids? We have dedicated teams of caring volunteers who lead an energetic and creative programme for the children called Live the Adventure. This runs throughout both Sunday morning services (9.30 and 11.30). In addition we provide two crèches - one for babies, and the other for toddlers - once again running throughout both services.

At the end of the service we provide complimentary refreshments (Starbucks coffee and Tazo Tea) and the opportunity to browse the information and resources area, to mix and chat. This is a very important feature of our services and we find that most people are not in a hurry to leave!
